Cocoa is a native of Kentucky, she loves to read and is presently attending Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee majoring in (Health Care Management). Cocoa's love of people, the beauty business and all things creative is evident in her presence at Standing Ovations Hair Studio. As a licensed Cosmetologist, she covers a broad range of skills in her duties at the salon. Shiangela is respectful, unassuming and highly attentive.
